SHAPE THE CITY WE WANT!
We think about it every 4 years and vote for city council and then let them make decisions for us. Urban planning decides one application at a time.
Developers and real estate investors vote with cement and their cheque books. They build a city driven by profit.
We find out and impact things, often too late.
We have to LEAD. Define our vision and make politicians FOLLOW US. Development needs to comply with the city WE WANT. How do we do this? Good question!
